X-Prize - PANDEMIC RESPONSE CHALLENGE
Hello fellow Covid researchers. Our team recently began the X-Prize Pandemic Response Challenge:
www.xprize.org/challenge/pandemicresponse
We're working on integrating the D-Wave experiments we've been conducting with the data provided by the X-Prize. If there are any machine learning programmers who are interested in joining our team please contact us soon. The contest is running now and our Predictor model and all qualitative data needs to be submitted by December 22.

Hello,
I am Anuj Bisen, I am Computer Science Engineering Student and beginner in machine learning and AI. I would like to explore this project. kindly inform me the status of the project whether it is closed or not.

Good evening. I am interested in partaking in this challenge. Although my knowledge concerning machine learning is rather weak, with little basis, I can help the team with informations concerning SARS-CoV-2, its development, mutation, reproduction, and so on. I am currently working on an essay about SARS-CoV-2, and its effects on the cardiovascular, and immunitary systems on given host. Thus, whereas I lack in knowledge concerning machine learning can be gained for when it comes down into the medical field.
Hi guys. We're moving into phase two of the competition. Let's schedule a Zoom chat and discuss next steps.
Good evening, I am a available pretty much all of the time. You can plan the meeting, and I'll partake in it. Please do note that I use EST as I reside in Canada. If possible, do you have any groups, or chat group that I can join? If so, please do send me an invitation to my gmail; robertmendbayar@gmail.com
I have studied different pathways, reaction of the human body, and its systems when infected with SARS-CoV-2, all of the possible mutations, and infection paths of the virus, it's transmission rate varying from hosts, and so on. If you have the link to the database of X-Prize, please do send it to me. I would also like to see the demo model for the Predictor model, and all of the components. I can look in-depth concerning the different factors that should be taken into account, and if there are missing elements, I can write an analysis concerning the factors that should be taken into consideration as even the littlest detail can change the result by a large margin.
Thank you very much, have a good evening.
Yours truly, Bat-Orgil Mendbayar.
Also, what is the name of the team? I want to join it.
Ok Leo R U ready to bring on board a biologist and bioinformatician for fine tuning feel free to contact Covida at icloud.com as this is a moving target VoC etc let me know how I can assist you in prediction models
a) that estimate daily COVID-19 cases with greatest accuracy and b) create prescriptive models that minimize infection cases and economic costs
Hello Vir,
Thanks for reaching out but the competition has concluded. It looks like we are one of 48 finalists and the only team using quantum computers. The winners will be announced next Friday. Let's chat after then!
Wow Leo That is great been busy with the RNA constructs and Vsafe
This pandemic is far from over alas , but congratulations on the nomination. That is great
That means the concept has merrit so do let keep me in the loop on by the proxies and predictors
if I can contribute in the fine tuning og a and b or the aprioris on coste effective measures and realisation of early interventions and alternative prevention costing I am ready able and willing. Go with what you got
ref DD FDR testing tracing and /fractals leaps to mind Rwaves ABM
no Hype but hyperparam
Based in Europe but have some connections down under that may be used for optimisation Qtrl
Slack or other channels U decide Leo
FW for sensitivity analysis and risk ready to GO deep learning
HAloa Guest Area right looks promising
Here are the results from the competition. Considering that none of judges had experience with quantum computing and probably did not understand the profundity of our model I'm very pleased with our results:
