Enhanced Leap Admin View of Solver-Access Time

The Leap™ service now supports multiple solver-access time records for a project; records can span different dates. The total solver-access time available for a period is the sum of all active records for that period. Project administrators can also see past and future records. Accurate information about all records in a project is easily accessible in Leap Admin.
