A(s) and B(s) dependence
Do A(s) and B(s) of the annealer depend on the scale of the problem? (i.e do A(s) and B(s) depend on the magnitudes of J and h)?
Or are they independent of the problem?
I think A(s) and B(s) depend on the magnitudes of J and h because of the line highlighted in the screenshot (from: Annealing Implementation and Controls — D-Wave System Documentation documentation (dwavesys.com))

A(s) and B(s) do not depend on h and J values.
The highlighted statement just describes the inductance between coupled qubits.
