Large CQM problem

When submitting my CQM to the D-Wave hybrid solver, I get this error message:

ValueError: constrained quadratic model must have 500000 or fewer variables; given model has 8786071. Contact D-Wave at sales@dwavesys.com if your application requires scale or performance that exceeds the currently advertised capabilities of this hybrid solver.

Is there a way to run this optimization problem? Maybe splitting it in sub-problems?
