Unreachable problem records

Dear D-Wave Support Team,

I hope this post finds you well. I am writing to you regarding an issue I am facing with my account on your platform. Specifically, I am unable to view the past problems that I have previously run on your devices. As these records are crucial to my work, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to receiving a solution at the earliest convenience.

    Have you tried looking at the Problem Status feed on the Leap dashboard? In theory it should show the last 1000 problems you submitted. Sometimes, when you click on the problem, it can take a minute to load if it's a very large problem.
