Could not authenticate normally
Dear all,
I recently got a Dwave commercial plan and it's active now. If I understand correctly, when I use the online IDE provided in dwavesys website I don't need to type in the api keys in config file. So I went to the "simple ocean programs" example, and loaded it into my ide. Then I tried to type "Dwave ping" in the command line in the terminal to test everything. And it says:
Leap IDE /workspace/simple-ocean-programs $ dwave ping
Using endpoint: https://cloud.dwavesys.com/sapi/
Error: Authentication error. Check credentials in your configuration file. (code: 2)
Is there anyone who can help me figure out the problem? Thank you very much!

There are still so much time remaining and even if I manually add the api keys I still get the same error.
Hi Jiyau,
I noticed there was an update on your account recently when your account was upgraded. This means API token might have reset. So, you need to update your API token in the environment variables by following this post: https://support.dwavesys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043678733-How-can-I-update-my-API-token-or-add-new-tokens-to-the-Leap-IDE-
Please let me us know if you still face this issue.
Thank you very much! It works now!
Sincerely,
Jiayu
