Difference in lowest annealing time for na-east-1 and others.
When I submit a problem to na-east-1 with annealing time of 0.5 in normal annealing regime, I get error:
Error: The parameter annealing_time must be within [1.0, 2000.0]
But for other QPUs it works("eu-central-1","Advantage_system6.4"), as the lowest annealing_time there is 0.5,
Is this discrepancy expected
