How Can I Get a New Activation Link?

When you sign up for the Leap™ service, you will be asked to verify the email address that you provided. If you do not receive an activation link through your email, follow the steps below:

  1. Wait for 10 minutes. Delivery of the activation link may take up to 10 minutes.
  2. Check your spam folder. Activation emails are sent automatically by our system and may occasionally end up in your spam folder. 
  3. Failing the above, you can get another activation link. Go to the resend activation page and enter your email address, then click Send Activation Link.
  4. If the above process is still not working, you can submit a help request.
Note: For security purposes, activation emails expire three days after they are sent. Follow the steps above to send a new activation link if yours has expired.
