When you sign up for the Leap™ service, you will be asked to verify the email address that you provided. If you do not receive an activation link through your email, follow the steps below:
- Wait for 10 minutes. Delivery of the activation link may take up to 10 minutes.
- Check your spam folder. Activation emails are sent automatically by our system and may occasionally end up in your spam folder.
- Failing the above, you can get another activation link. Go to the resend activation page and enter your email address, then click Send Activation Link.
- If the above process is still not working, you can submit a help request.
Note: For security purposes, activation emails expire three days after they are sent. Follow the steps above to send a new activation link if yours has expired.
