We have updated the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions within the Leap™ quantum cloud service. The update is effective on March 20, 2019.
We made these changes as part of our expansion into Europe and Japan. The new documents clarify some existing language, add new Europe-specific language, and change the rights and obligations of D‑Wave and its customers to align better with European laws and regulations (like the GDPR). Please review both documents carefully.
