  Jacob,

  I have not been able to find the code either, but I did find the authors of the paper presented at Qubits North America 2018.

  In their presentation on slide 26 they indicated they planned to release the source code, but it appears they have not. It may be worth checking with them and see if they are still willing to share on Github. If not, the algorithm looks interesting enough to try to implement independently.

  Is it possible that they were referring to pseudo-code? 
  
  They included a pseudo-code example just above Figure 5.
